Each year all secretaries are eligible
to receive a 100% Secretary’s award. To qualify the Secretary of the club must
fulfill the following requirements:
1. All monthly reports
postmarked by the 2nd of the following month.
2. Monthly reports filled out COMPLETELY
3. Must attend ALL THREE ZONE ADVISORY MEETINGS in own
Zone.
4. P.U. 101
Report must be postmarked by May 31st, 2007
5. The Secretary’s year end report must be received by the NEW
Governor by July 15th 2007.
