District A-1 will present 100% Treasurer Award to qualified treasurers in appreciation of the special efforts made by them. In order to be considered for the 100% Treasurer Award each secretary must complete this form and mail it to your respective Region Chairperson to arrive no later than 30 days after the District A-1 Convention.

DISTRICT GOVERNOR AND REGION CHAIR

Mandatory Requirements (The following requirements are
mandatory to receive the 100% Treasurer award.)

1. The Treasurer must have attended the District A-1 Leadership Forum during their year of their appointment.

2. He or she must present monthly financial reports to the club if requested by the membership

3. All International, Multiple District and District Dues must be paid within 60 days of receiving statement.

4. He or she must comply to Club Constitution and By-Laws regarding auditing of Club Financial statements

5. The application form must be submitted by the secretary no later than 30 days after the District A-1 convention.

6. The club does not have an unpaid balance of over $50 (USD) and or (CDN) owed to Lions International, Multiple District “A” or District A-1.

The cost of the award will be paid by District A-1.

The awarding of this pin must be authorized by the District Governor and Region Chairperson and will be based upon the completion of all the criteria of this award.
