Each year all secretaries are eligible
to receive a 100% Secretary’s award. To qualify the Secretary of the club must
fulfill the following requirements:
1. All monthly reports
postmarked by the 2nd of the following month.
2. Monthly reports filled out COMPLETELY
3. Must attend ALL THREE ZONE ADVISORY MEETINGS in own
Zone.
4. P.U. 101
Report must be received by May 15th. For those who email the PU101 to
International, you must send a copy to the Governor and 1st Vice District
Governor by the same date.
